Delete Account

Open Tara, go to Profile, open Settings, and choose Delete Account. Confirm the deletion prompt to remove your account.

After deletion, you will be signed out and your account will no longer be available in the app.

If you cannot access the app, email support@tara.day with the subject "Delete my Tara account". Include the phone number or email associated with your Tara account so we can verify the request.

Account deletion removes or de-identifies personal account data unless we need to keep limited information for security, fraud prevention, legal compliance, or dispute resolution.

Deletion requests sent by email are reviewed and completed within a reasonable period after verification.
